While we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product. Return Eligibility
At SilkDon, we want to ensure that our customers enjoy the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when considering a return:

Bonnets & Durags: We’re happy to accept returns on bonnets and durags as long as they are in their original packaging, in good condition, and have not been used. Feel free to try them on, but please make sure they are returned in a clean and unworn state to ensure hygiene standards are met.

Hoodies: Hoodies can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. You’re welcome to try them on, but we kindly ask that they remain in their original condition.
Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Email [silkdonllc@gmail.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
2. Return Authorization:
Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
3. Ship the Item:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
